Chris Hessney

Founder and President, Creative Director

Chris’ vision for Hessney & Co., the business he launched in 2015, is built on his strong background in event management and design along with a steadfast belief in building solid client relationships through a personalized approach.

Chris began his career working for restauranteur Stephen Starr and Chef Morimoto. He furthered his career with Andre Balazs and was an integral part of the opening team at The Standard Highline in New York.

Following his successful career with Balazs, Chris was recruited by EMM Group to take on the role of Corporate Style Director where he was instrumental in all creative decision-making and helped define their brand identity.

Most recently with Hessney & Co., Chris has collaborated with a wide variety of well- known companies like Armani, Goop, Netflix, and Martha Stewart Weddings, and was recognized as one of the top wedding florists in the U.S. by Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. Chris’ impeccable eye for design and attention to detail put him in a class by himself, making Hessney & Co. synonymous with excellence on the event planning stage.

Krista Williams

Director of Operations

Krista joined the Hessney & Co. team, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in event production and operations. She spent most of her career producing New York Fashion Week on both the agency and client-side working with some of the top names in the fashion industry. During her time at IMG Fashion, she helped launch Focus., the in-house production agency producing events for Marvel, Christian Cowan, Alice McCall, and Russell James.

After leaving IMG Fashion, Krista joined Milk Studios to lead their events department. She ran all in-house productions and partnerships for clients such as Nordstrom, Renell Medrano, Heron Preston, and Madewell.

Krista excels in producing large-scale events, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and overseeing sizable teams. She brings the calm in the chaos and clients applaud her ability to be the ultimate troubleshooter.

Olga Cutillas

Associate Producer

Olga Cutillas started her career in Miami, FL as an Account Executive in the Hospitality & Public Relations industries. Working with hotels, restaurants, and events, she learned what it took to bring the client’s vision to life with attention to detail.

In 2017, she moved to New York to pursue a career in Event Production. Since then she has worked on some of the biggest productions in fashion with clients such as Fenty Savage, Prada, Chanel, and The Met Gala.

Now as a Producer at Hessney & Co, she is responsible for producing events from start to finish, including but not limited to sourcing venues, hiring labor, and coordinating team logistics—all on time and on budget. Her passion allows her to bring forth uninterrupted precision to every project that comes about.
